Delivery Options

Please note all pricing & fees are in Canadian dollars.


All items, except drop-shipped products, ship from our warehouse in Abbotsford, BC. We ship both within Canada and internationally.


At the checkout page you will have the option to "Pick up in Abbotsford" if you are local.

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.


If shipping to a PO Box in Canada, select Canada Post at checkout. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so if you have a street address, please enter only that address on your order.


Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, except for letter mail and USA Small Packet shipments.


In some cases, shipping options not available at checkout may become available during order processing. When possible, P2C RESOURCES may select an alternate shipping method that delivers within the same timeframe as the option you selected.


International Shipping

Any additional shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities. To facilitate delivery and comply with regulations, we may share required shipment, personal, and product information with our carriers and customs officials.

Returns

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us first. Email orders@p2c.com (include your order number) or call 1-800-667-0558 or 604-514-2016.


Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return, and we will respond with return instructions.


Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received at our facility.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:


> An incorrect item was shipped

> The item arrived damaged


Items must be returned in their original packaging.
